Obama in Springfield, OH now--but what about unpaid Springfield, IL bill?

President Obama is speaking in Springfield, Ohio right now. Which reminds me--it's been four years since Obama introduced Joe Biden as his running mate in Springfield, Illinois. And the Obama campaign still hasn't paid a $55,000 bill from the city for extra security for the event.

At least Obama is consistently fiscally irresponsible.
